Work on a major mixed-use development — which will include two hotels — long planned for Green Hills has begun, with a fourth-quarter 2017 completion date targeted.

This is a city in which any structure could house a legendary studio or famous band’s practice space, or the ultimate low-key watering hole or an artist’s collective. The community is broad and supportive, allowing creative efforts an environment in which to grow.
