Nashville-based JEM 10th Avenue Venture has landed a permit for its mixed-use project underway on 10th Avenue South near 12South, according to a Metro Codes Department document.

Nashville-based Steelhead Building Group is handling the work, with the permit valued at $915,048.

JEM comprises Elliott Kyle; Jamie Pfeffer, a principal with Nashville-based Pfeffer Torode Architecture; and McClain Towery, president of Towery Development. Pfeffer Torode is designing the structure, the address for which is 2225 10th Ave. S.
